Meet Seth

Owner and Coach

Seth Hunter is a fitness professional with over a decade of experience, working with clients from all walks of life — including college athletes, golf pros, individuals recovering from injury, seniors rebuilding strength after osteoporosis, and everyday people who want to improve their health and fitness. His well-rounded background spans CrossFit, gymnastic progressions, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and years competing as a national-level lightweight strongman. Seth’s approach blends technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence in their everyday lives.

A lifelong student of health and nutrition, Seth has explored nearly every nutritional approach in pursuit of sustainable performance and long-term wellness. He believes fitness should enhance the way you live, not take away from it. When he’s not in the gym, Seth enjoys golf and spending time outdoors — living out his philosophy that strength and mobility are what make life’s best moments possible.

Weston Oaks

Coach

Weston Oaks discovered his passion for fitness after finding himself in a body that hurt and didn’t move the way he wanted it to. That personal turning point inspired him to help others rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence.

Originally from Robertson County, Weston later attended college in Chattanooga, where he earned his degree in Political Science. He brings a down-to-earth, encouraging approach to coaching. When he’s not in the gym, you’ll find him at a music festival or cheering on Vanderbilt — bringing the same energy he brings to every training session.

Lauren Williams

Coach

Lauren Williams joined the Resilience Wolfpack as a client in 2018 and later earned her Personal Trainer Certification in 2023. Originally from Pennsylvania and now a long-time Kentucky resident, she brings a supportive, encouraging approach to coaching.

Lauren believes fitness is about more than lifting weights — it’s about building confidence, strength, and habits that last. She loves helping clients break through limits and discover what their bodies can truly do.
