Seth Hunter is the owner and head coach of Resilience Gym, dedicated to helping everyday people build real strength, better movement, and a resilient mindset that carries into every area of life.

Weston Oaks is a Robertson County native whose own fitness transformation inspires his down-to-earth approach to helping clients move better and grow stronger.

Lauren Williams is a certified personal trainer who helps clients build confidence and long-lasting strength through supportive, habit-focused coaching.
